Hello friends,

Join me to nourish, reset, and restore yourself while connecting with others in a meaningful way through yoga.

As we move towards the darkest time of the year, it can also be a time to remember the light within us. This is a beautiful season for quietude and turning inward embracing the love and warmth from inside our own hearts.

This mini at home retreat is designed to restore and nourish body, mind and spirit through specific yoga poses, breathing, guided relaxation and poetry.

7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Restorative Yoga and Guided Relaxation

8:00 AM – 8:25 AM
Optional Tea / Coffee time (in your own kitchen).

8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Breathing and Slow Flow Yoga


In the comfort of your own home via Zoom.


If possible, a candle to light for Friday evening. Yoga mat and bolster, blocks, eye pillow and a strap if you have them, but not necessary.
