Catherine Keating

I am a mother of two, a writer, a teacher, and a firm believer in finding times and ways to connect to my inner quiet so to allow intuition to guide my way. I have been practicing yoga for twenty years, the last 13 here at the studio. In 2007 I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Lee and Brooke, and have since earned a 20 hour restorative training, and Level One Yoga for Fertility certification.

I am passionate about supporting mothers in all stages of the motherhood journey. From TTC to pregnancy loss to birth to newborns and beyond, mothers deserve space to honor their own unique journey. My personal journey to motherhood began with two pregnancies that ended in miscarriages, which inspired me to write a book about healing: There Was Supposed To Be a Baby: A Guide to Healing After Pregnancy Loss. I am also the co-creator of a ‘Good Grief Mini Retreat’, which incorporates restorative yoga, designed to support bereaved mothers honor their babies and process their grief.

I am so excited to offer this class (and future workshops) and to share in this sacred time with you all.
