5-Week Series Workshop

Learn the foundations of yoga postures in a small class setting where you will be able to receive personal attention.

There will be new topics each week, including the alignment and form of yoga poses, such as:

• Standing poses
• Sitting Poses
• Balancing poses
• Yoga breathing practices and mindfulness practices for stress reduction

Appropriate for new students or those who have been away from yoga for awhile and want to re-enter their practice safely.

Breath Meditation for Beginners

In our stressful and busy world there is an opportunity to find peace and happiness within ourselves. As the mind becomes quiet with meditation we can discover an infinite reservoir of peace within.

Join Brooke to learn and practice meditation techniques you can do at home. He has over 40 years of experience and loves to share his knowledge with others.

Breath awareness and breathing exercises (pranayama) will also be introduced and practiced.

No need to sit on the floor cross legged (unless you want to) as chairs will be provided. Props, and blankets will also be available to ensure that you can sit comfortably.

Regular meditation practice has been shown to be beneficial for our health. It can potentially help:

• Reduce stress
• Control anxiety
• Reduce age related memory loss
• Improve sleep
• Decrease blood pressure
• Boost immune function
• Bring clarity to the mind and improve cognitive ability
• Decrease depression and promote happiness and contentment

Summer Solstice Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga with Lee

Welcome the return of summer and join Lee for an evening of restorative asanas and an extended guided savasana known as Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra leads you into a place of deep relaxation of body, mind, and spirit where a resulting feeling of increased well-being can be experienced.

Included in the evening will be a heart centered meditation – acknowledging the inner sun that resides within our hearts.

All levels are welcome.

Private Yoga Classes

Are you new to yoga? Do you prefer personal instruction instead of group classes?

Have you been attending yoga for awhile, but would like some pointers from a qualified instructor as to how to do certain poses that will help take the mystery out of them?

Do you have questions about yoga breathing exercises or meditation?

Do you have an injury that you would like to know how to work with, to modify poses that will enable you to continue your yoga practice or assist your healing process?

Would you like to learn specific poses that will assist you in areas that you would like to focus on, such as – poses that strengthen the back or relieve shoulder and neck tension, or yoga to help you sleep?

If you were thinking yes to any of the above examples, then private classes are ideal for you!

(Regular rate is $90/hour)
Package of Four Private Sessions / 45-minutes each for $175.

Lee loves to blend yoga with getaways to beautiful locations in natural settings where yoga and nature can nourish the body, mind, and soul profoundly. She is also happy to specialize and guide a personal retreat for you and friends – anything from a few hours, to a few days, to a week. With her experience and extensive background in retreat facilitating, she will be sure to come up with a yoga experience and location perfect for your needs!
