During these unusual times, it’s important to take time to deeply rest. Join Lee and Yuko for 4 weeks of live-streaming relaxing asana, pranayama and meditation sessions focusing on the inner light associated with the chakras – a journey to the heart.
We’ll be leading you into deep relaxation with pranayama and a guided visualization known as ‘Yoga Nidra’.
‘Nidra’ is Sanskrit for ‘sleep’ and Yoga Nidra allows you the potential to relax even more deeply than sleep. This is an incredible opportunity to relax daily and deeply over the entire four weeks.
This inspiring series will offer you tools to end your day with relaxation and also help to promote a sound sleep naturally.
