All of us are feeling the impacts of practicing social distance to promote safety and health these days. The Yoga Studio in Magnolia is no exception. I am so thankful that they have used this challenge as an opportunity to “go virtual.” Since we can’t come to a class inside the Yoga Studio, the Yoga Studio is coming to us through these online classes. In some ways, I feel like I’m getting a one-on-one experience. I appreciate the variety of classes the studio is offering online, especially the shorter 30-minute classes. It’s easy to find time in my day to fit in a quick, yet complete 30-minute class. After spending so much more time in front of a computer these days, I actually look forward to these welcome “refresh breaks” in my day. Plus, you get the added flexibility to view these either “live” in real time, or at another time of day that fits your schedule. Thank you for finding ways to inspire and motivate us to continue with our yoga practice during these incredibly challenging times!

The joy and happiness that the teachers convey to their students has not missed a beat since moving to an online format; they truly care and want each of us to receive the multiple benefits of yoga.
My husband and I are grateful to keep our routine of the scheduled weekend morning yoga classes and are so happy to see Yuko or Lee arrive on our TV screen in our living room I love the live sessions for sake of routine, and seeing the same names of others who continue to be virtually present as well. When I can’t join a live session, I love that I can still access it for late night yoga, or early next morning if I want!
The relief and relaxation provided while doing the online sessions has put me to sleep in shavasana on the living room floor more than once!
I like that they highlight the focus points in each recorded session, so I can pick what sounds best in the moment (shoulder stretches, flexibility, etc.)
